SANDAKPHU-PHALUT TREK

This 7-day trek begins with a pickup from NJP/Bagdogra and a 3.5-hour drive to Maneybhanjyang, where an introduction and briefing session will be held. The trek starts on Day 2 with a 12 km ascent to Tumling (10,000 ft), offering mesmerizing landscapes and a stunning Kanchenjunga view. On Day 3, the journey continues through Singalila National Park along the Indo-Nepal border, covering 13 km to Kalapokhari (10,453 ft), home to a sacred pond. Day 4 involves a 6 km trek to Sandakphu (11,930 ft), the highest point in West Bengal, where one can witness four of the world’s highest peaks, followed by a sunset walk to Aahal. On Day 5, a challenging yet scenic 21 km trek leads to Phalut (11,811 ft), a tri-junction of Nepal, Sikkim, and West Bengal, with basic accommodations. Day 6 sees a descent to Gorkhey (7,700 ft), a peaceful village surrounded by pine forests and the Gorkhey River, taking 7 hours (15 km). The final trek on Day 7 covers 14 km to Sirikhola (6,900 ft), concluding by 2 PM, followed by a 6-hour drive back to NJP/Bagdogra the next day.

SANDAKPHU TREK

This 6-day Sandakphu trek begins with a 3.5-hour drive from NJP/Bagdogra to Maneybhanjyang, where guests will have a briefing and complete documentation. On Day 2, the trek starts with a 12 km ascent to Tumling (10,000 ft), offering breathtaking views of Kanchenjunga. Day 3 covers a scenic 13 km trek through Singalila National Park along the Indo-Nepal border to Kalapokhari (10,453 ft), home to a sacred pond. On Day 4, a 6 km trek leads to Sandakphu (11,930 ft), the highest point in West Bengal, where trekkers witness four of the world’s highest peaks and a stunning sunset at Aahal. Day 5 involves a challenging 12 km descent to Timburey (6,550 ft) through dense forests, with an overnight stay at a homestay. On the final day, the trek concludes at Sepi, followed by a drive back to NJP/Bagdogra, leaving trekkers with unforgettable memories.

CHINTAPHU TREK (THROUGH NEPAL)

The 7N/8D Chintaphu Trek (Through Nepal) starts with an overnight stay at Maneybhanjyang (6,325 ft) on Day 1. On Day 2, trekkers head to Jogmai (5,600 ft) via a 12 km trek with lunch at Thumkey. Day 3 covers 14 km to Jamuna (4,222 ft), with lunch at Ingla. Day 4 involves an 11 km trek to Maimajua (7,149 ft), followed by a visit to Torkey Falls. On Day 5, trekkers cover 11 km to Goruwaley (10,200 ft), and on Day 6, they trek 18 km to Chintaphu (10,931 ft) via Talpokhari and Aahal (11,800 ft). Day 7 takes them to Timburey (6,550 ft) with a 13 km descent. The trek concludes on Day 8 with a return drive to NJP/Bagdogra.

SINGALILA RIDGE TREK (PHOKTEY DARA)

The 6N/7D Singalila Ridge Trek (Phoktey Dara) starts with an overnight stay at Srikhola on Day 1. Day 2 involves a 16 km trek to Gorkhey (7,500 ft), with lunch at Rammam. On Day 3, trekkers cover 15 km to Phalut (11,811 ft), with lunch at Alubari. Day 4 takes them to Kalijhar (11,800 ft) after a 12 km trek. Day 5 begins with a visit to the Phoktey Dara viewpoint (12,245 ft) and then descends to Aachaley (10,000 ft). On Day 6, trekkers head to Uttarey (6,500 ft) via an 8 km trek. The trek concludes on Day 7 with a drive back to NJP/Bagdogra.

 

SANDAKPHU AND PHALUT: REVERSE TREK

The 6N/7D Sandakphu/Phalut Reverse Trek begins with an overnight stay at Upper Srikhola (6,200 ft) on Day 1. On Day 2, trekkers trek 16 km to Gorkhey (7,500 ft), with lunch at Rammam. Day 3 covers 15 km to Phalut (11,811 ft), with lunch at Alubari. On Day 4, trekkers proceed to Sandakphu (11,900 ft) via a 21 km trek, with lunch at Thakum. Day 5 involves a 10 km descent to Gurdum (7,545 ft), followed by an 11 km trek through the Black Forest to Rimbick (7,500 ft) on Day 6. The trek concludes on Day 7 with a return drive to NJP/Bagdogra.

Trekkers on the Fast Track to Sandakphu will traverse rugged mountain trails and steep ascents, pushing their physical limits to reach the iconic summit of Sandakphu. Along the way, they’ll be treated to jaw-dropping vistas of the world’s highest peaks, including Mt. Everest, Makalu, Kanchenjunga, and Lhotse, as well as the mesmerizing Three Sisters and a host of other Himalayan giants.

GOECHELA TREK

The Goechala Trek (9N/10D) is a moderate to difficult trek, starting with a drive from Siliguri to Yuksom (5,700 ft) on Day 1. Day 2 takes trekkers from Yuksom to Sachen (7,200 ft) via 8 km, followed by a 7 km trek to Tshokha (9,750 ft) on Day 3. Day 4 involves a 9 km trek to Dzongri (13,681 ft), and on Day 5, trekkers cover 10 km to reach Thansing (12,900 ft). Day 6 is a short 4 km hike to Lamuney (13,600 ft). Day 7 includes a challenging 16 km trek to Goechala Viewpoint (15,100 ft) via Samiti Lake, then back to Thansing. On Day 8, trekkers descend 13 km to Tshokha and on Day 9, trek 15 km back to Yuksom. The trek ends on Day 10 with a drive back to NJP/Bagdogra.
